Terms & Conditions

The Business & Services

Escential Health & Fitness provides a service to our clients to prepare and organise home parties for a pre-arranged amount of guests at the client’s home, or where required at other suitable venues. We supply catering, non-alcoholic cocktails, equipment and novelties according to client instruction.

We are competent to organise the event. Escential Health & Fitness work on a pre-arranged number of guests and parties can include: Make-over of hair, nails and make-up, games, face paint tattooing, beauty treatments, novelties, catering and non-alcoholic cocktails, all subject to party format and availability at the time of party.

Conditions

All guests must have prior written agreement from parent/guardian (where necessary) before attending the party by way of returned, completed and signed invitation form/permission slip to the client which becomes the property of Pamper Parties. Pamper Parties reserves the right to refuse treatment on aforesaid guest where permission slip is not produced.

The company reserve the right to replace any product with a similar product and change any part of the party format, operation/services without prior notice, whilst still endeavouring to satisfy the client’s requirements. By booking a party you are agreeing to the terms and conditions and understand them and are able to follow their requirements exactly. If not, please advise us immediately, as a breach of any of the terms and conditions may result in termination of booking/party from the date/time of the breach, and repudiation of possible claims.

Bookings

We take preliminary bookings either by phone, e-mail or letter. The booking is only finalised upon receipt of deposit cheque and confirms the contract to a date/time a verbal telephone confirmation call will be made one week prior to the party date. We reserve the right to book another party over the preliminary booking if the deposit cheque has not arrived within a reasonable amount of time before the party date. Note: we will, where possible, contact you if this eventuality arises before re-booking the time/date.

Cancellations

In the case of cancellation of the party, deposit refund is at our discretion and each circumstance will be taken on its own merits. We reserve the right to change/cancel any party, date and time with immediate notice to the client within any time frame. Whilst at all times still endeavouring to satisfy the clients requirements.

Charges/Terms

Quotations are guaranteed for one week from verbal/written receipt. We request an initial deposit, which will be banked in the designated Pamper Parties account unless otherwise stated and confirms the contract (see bookings). The aforesaid initial deposit will be subtracted from the final payment. We charge a percentage of the overall cost of the party per each additional guest attending above the advertised/agreed amount. Price of overall party is agreed at time of booking and there are no hidden extra charges. Final payment (subtracting deposit) is due in full at the end of the party, payable by either cash or cheque supported by a cheque guarantee card, which is valid and able to guarantee the full amount of the final payment. Prices may change from previously advertised published/web site matter without notice.

Client Information

All personal information held by Escential Health & Fitness is treated as private and confidential and used solely by Escential Health & Fitness and will not be disclosed to other parties. Under the Data Protection Act 1988, private customers have the right to see personal information held about them. A charge may be made for this service. If you wish to exercise this right, or have other related queries, please write to us at Escential Health & Fitness.

Use for marketing purposes: We may use information held about you, to provide you with information about other products and services which we feel may be appropriate to you, by telephone, post or other means. Removal of details from mailing list, will be actioned upon receipt of request.

Complaints Procedures

We are Public Liability Insured to include accidental injury to any person or property caused in connection with the Business. Also included are breach of the Consumer Protection Act 1987 and Food Safety Acts section(s) 7 8 14 and/or 15 of the Food Safety Act 1990 alongside Environmental Health Registration. ESB diplomas are also in place for beauty treatments. Copies of policies/qualifications are available upon request. It is our intention to provide you with a high level of customer service at all times, however, if you are dissatisfied with the service provided, we have a formal complaints procedure, a copy of which is available upon request.

Copyright and Rights

All material/property/web site belongs to Escential Health & Fitness to include: branding, graphical representations, logos, slogans, marks, goods and services. This material/property cannot be used for any other use including the copying, reproduction, modification, distribution, transmission, republication and display.

Extent of Liability

Escential Health & Fitness take every possible care to ensure the safety and minimise risk to all party guests, use non-allergenic, high quality products and stringent hygiene precautions. Liability/responsibility cannot be taken for reactions, contra-indications or injury via activities partaken at or issue with any part of the service - sustained whilst at a party or thereafter, with a view to treatments, application/removal of products applied and food/drink consumed. All allergies, ailments, infestations and viruses of guests and clients, which may effect the party in any way, must be reported prior/on the party date, for discussion and prior agreement. We cannot accept liability for events outside the company’s control to include hazards and dangers within your home or chosen venue.
