The food is all about eating healthily - It will help blast your excess fat and reshape your body. It is not faddy or gimmicky, just a simple and easy to follow guide that clearly sets out exactly what you can and can’t eat over the 4 weeks.

”For the month I will be your personal trainer and will email you the diet ideas, motivational and educational information telling you exactly what to do and what to eat. There is no starvation just the best nutritional foods to increase your metabolism. When you sign up for the Bootcamp you will have to attend 2x Bootcamp fitness classes per week.

Our flagship "original" bootcamp -is home to some truly amazing ladies!
If you want to be inspired, motivated and make some fabulous friends for life - Come and join us!
We will work hard, but you will feel fabulous for it!
Exercise is only a small section of our bootcamps. Through education, motivation, visualisation we help all our bootcampers to lead a healthier lifestyle. Small changes make the big difference.
These sessions are 8pm on a Tuesday and are back from January 2017!
